Policy

GENERAL RULES.  The following rules must be adhered to by renter and all renter's guest. Any deliberate violations of these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of rental; and no refund will be issued to renter.

1. Jumping will not be allowed in the trailer, this includes jumping on or off the benches and/or ramp.

2. Food and/or drinks will not be allowed in the trailer. Only exemption to food is popcorn.

3. Running or horse-playing will not be allowed in the trailer.

4. Throwing or hitting the controllers, TV's, arcades, and/or joysticks will not be allowed.

5. Standing on the bench, entertainment center, or arcades will not be allowed.

6. Shoes must be worn at all times while in the trailer. Clothes must be worn at all times while in the trailer, this is all but not limited too, shirt, pants, shorts, dress, tank top, crop top, overalls, and jacket.​

7. Pets will not be allowed inside trailer, this is all but not limited too, dogs, cats, birds, snakes, iguanas, and fish.

8. No graffiti drawings/writings on any parts of the trailer or it's contents. This includes but is not limited to, arcades, controllers, walls, floors, ceiling, bench, entertainment center, tv's, and consoles.

9. Smoking, using drugs and/or alcohol in the trailer is prohibited.

10. Weapons are strictly prohibited in the trailer. Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun). Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun).​​
